All original hardware accessories supplied together with Fiabtool light fixtures, including mounting bases, suspension cables, ceiling canopies, fixing screws, connection fittings and all structural hardware components, are protected by a 1-year limited warranty.
The warranty term starts on the date the order is delivered to the customer.
Within 1 year, under professional installation and routine daily use, if structural breakage or functional failure occurs due to confirmed manufacturing defects, we will provide free replacement hardware (complimentary for the parts only).
Exclusions (Not Covered by Warranty)
Damage caused by improper installation, forced disassembly, cutting, bending or unauthorized alterations.
Man-made damage such as collision, excessive load bearing and external impact.
Ordinary wear and tear, surface oxidation, rust or discoloration arising from long-term service or exposure to humid environments without proper maintenance.
Damage resulting from accidents, construction work, misuse, or operation beyond the product’s designed application scope.
Hardware accessories purchased via third-party channels or salvaged from pre-owned light fixtures.
Additional Terms
For replacement requests outside warranty coverage, the purchaser is responsible for all shipping fees associated with part delivery.
We reserve the right to request photographic or video evidence to confirm hardware defects prior to approving any replacement application.
