Fiabtool lighting hardware is covered against manufacturing defects for one year from the original purchase date.

What Is Covered

Eligible metal hardware, mounting components and supplied electrical fittings that fail during normal residential use are covered after inspection.

Quality Checked Before Shipment

Glass shades, metal fittings and packed sets are inspected before dispatch. If your product arrives damaged or incomplete, contact support@fiabtool.com with your order number and clear photos.

What Is Not Covered

Normal wear, incorrect installation, misuse, water damage, unauthorized modification and third-party parts are not covered.
